Registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) and brain-based coach
Coming from Lebanon, I’ve seen how cultural, societal, and systemic factors shape the way people experience themselves and the world around them. Living abroad deepened that understanding and showed me what it means to adapt, hold on to parts of where you come from, and build a sense of belonging in new places. These experiences helped me understand how much courage and vulnerability it can take to navigate life transitions and start over while staying connected to who you are.
Now based in Canada and working with clients internationally, I bring this perspective into my work with people navigating anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, life transitions, and periods of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario with a master’s degree in clinical and psychopathological psychology and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My therapeutic work is grounded in a person-centred approach where I integrate interventions from different therapeutic modalities. I also hold an ICF brain-based coaching certification and have a background in workplace wellbeing and employee experience.
What guides my work is curiosity about what sits beneath the patterns we struggle with. I believe therapy can be a space to understand yourself more deeply, make sense of your experiences, and develop ways of responding that feel more intentional and aligned with where you want to go.
My role is to help you slow down, notice what drives your thoughts and reactions, and work through the parts of you that feel disconnected or unseen. We’ll make sense of repeating patterns so that you can move forward with more clarity and confidence, not by changing who you are, but by getting closer to yourself.
