Support that meets you where you are

My work combines therapy and coaching, depending on what you need and where you are in your process. Some people come wanting to slow down and make sense of what they are feeling, while others are looking for clarity and direction. You do not need to have it all figured out before starting. Sometimes the first step is simply showing up and saying, “I do not know where to begin.” That is more than enough.

Therapy

As a clinical psychologist, I work from an integrative lens that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, parts work, and compassion-focused tools. Therapy is a space for you to slow down, understand your experiences more deeply, and build a kinder relationship with yourself. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns to uncover what might be keeping you stuck. Some sessions are about making sense of past experiences and how they’ve shaped you, while others focus on the present and what can help you feel more balanced now. I see therapy as a collaborative process where curiosity, honesty, and care create room for self-understanding and change.

Coaching

Coaching can be helpful if you are navigating a transition, feeling stuck in your direction, or wanting to reconnect with your goals and values. Together, we focus on clarity, confidence, and growth in a way that feels true to who you are. Whether through therapy or coaching, my goal is to help you return to yourself. I believe that meaningful change begins when you feel understood and supported, and when there is space to explore who you are with gentleness and honesty.

Educational Workshops

Through educational workshops, I help organizations explore topics related to psychological wellbeing, stress, and brain-based strategies for healthier workplaces.

My interest in this work grew from seeing how much the way we work affects how we feel, and how small shifts in awareness and communication can create meaningful change. I design workshops that feel human and relatable, blending reflection with practical tools people can use in their everyday lives.

With my certification in brain-based coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute, I bring a neuroscience-informed approach to each session, helping teams understand what supports wellbeing, resilience, and connection in the workplace.

Clarity Coaching

Set meaningful goals, create small, doable steps, and build habits that fit your life. We’ll focus on direction, consistency, and growing self-trust so that progress feels clear and sustainable.

Educational Workshops

Interactive, practical sessions for teams, organizations, or community groups. Each workshop is designed to build awareness, improve communication, and support emotional well-being in everyday life.
