About Me

Psychologist and brain-based coach helping you reconnect with yourself

Healing starts when you feel safe enough to be yourself

My Journey

Hi, I’m Ghina

Psychologist and brain-based coach

Coming from Lebanon, I’ve seen how cultural, societal, and systemic factors shape the way people experience themselves and the world around them. Living abroad deepened that understanding and showed me what it means to adapt, to hold on to parts of where you come from, and to build a sense of belonging in new places. These experiences helped me see how much courage and vulnerability it takes to navigate life transitions and start over, often while trying to stay connected to who you are.

Now based in Canada and working with clients internationally, I bring this awareness into my work with people who are navigating change, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, struggling with self-doubt, seeking clarity, or wanting to feel more grounded in themselves.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and an ICF brain-based coaching certification. My background also includes experience in workplace wellbeing and employee experience, which continues to shape how I understand people within their environments and relationships.

What guides my work most is the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel understood and supported, and when there is space to explore who you are with honesty and curiosity.

People often come to me when they are:

My role is to help you slow down, notice what drives your thoughts and reactions, and work through the parts of you that feel disconnected or unseen. We’ll make sense of repeating patterns so that you can move forward with more clarity and confidence, not by changing who you are, but by getting closer to yourself.
